About Your Band Leader

Meet Shannon Moore, licensed POUND® Pro since 2016, master trainer, and your go-to hype woman for all things movement and music. With a degree in Exercise Science and certifications in group fitness, corrective exercise, and behavior change, Shannon blends serious know-how with big energy, heart, and humor.

Whether you're stepping into class for the first time or leveling up as an instructor, Shannon creates a space where everyone feels supported, seen, and celebrated. She believes in meeting people exactly where they are and cheering them on every beat of the way.

Known for her expressive, performance-style teaching (and not taking herself too seriously), Shannon turns every session into a fun, sweaty, and empowering experience. Her mission? Help you build confidence, find your rhythm, and LIVE LOUDER.

Rockout Workout

Experience the original POUND® workout, an electrifying 45-min cardio jam session inspired by drumming. This high-energy class fuses cardio, strength training, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming to your favorite loud, kick-ass music. Each strike of the Ripstix channels primal energy and delivers a powerful neuromuscular boost, letting you become the music in this infectious, sweat-dripping workout.

Pound Unplugged

POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class designed to support your mental health and overall well-being. It blends 20 minutes of focused, high-intensity movement with 10 minutes of restorative stretching, rhythmic breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. You’ll sweat, release tension, boost feel-good neurochemicals, and quickly return to a peaceful, recharged, and empowered state—all in just half an hour, leaving you refreshed and ready for anything.
